10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to first attempt mediation.
